Plastic Pallet Flow Specifications

Concentric manufactures pallet flow with a variety of plastic wheel designs to transport any type load and make any pallet flow.  Wheels with bearings are available in standard design or with a sealed bearing which can help maintain pallet flow in dusty or contaminated warehouse environments.  A bearingless pallet flow wheel with a capacity of up to 580 lbs. per wheel provides excellent product flow and an additional cost-effective plastic wheel option in pallet flow lanes.

Wheel Stops for Pallet Flow

Pallet flow from Concentric Storage Systems is tested from entry to full pallet stop. We offer a metal pallet stops that will keep pallets in their intended lanes and provide safe pallet flow. Each stop is coated to provide corrosion resistance and help identify the stop for drivers. Sturdy metal construction available in two different pallet flow stop designs can be tailored to your exact pallet load.

The 7″ Red PF1 Stop is made with a ramp design which helps alleviate the load line pressure and aids in load removal. It also has a high-lip tip to help eliminate the possibility of a pallet self-unloading. All stops have a protective coating which provides resistance from corrosion.
