Our customer needed greater flexibility to flow a variety of different size boxes that had seasonal changes.

Dura-Flo continuous bed of rollers

Solution:
CSS provided a Dura-Flo System because it allows for greater flexibility and eliminated the requirement of re-profiling the tracks or limiting the box size used in each lane. This provided them with 20% more storage in the same given area. An additional benefit of our Dura-Flo carton flow system is the long unsupported capacity of the steel profile which eliminated significant structural support requirements.
